Refunds and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 3 days of receipt and we can work out an exchange or refund.
No refund or exchange will be given until the original item has been returned to me in its original condition. Customer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning items for either a refund or an exchange.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Refunds and exchanges will not be given for lost parcels unless they are returned to me by the postal service in their original condition.
Ready-made orders will be shipped using the United States Postal Service within 1-3 business days. I try to use recycled shipping materials whenever possible (ie. shredded paper for packaging material or reuse shipping boxes.) If this is a problem please let me know.
Custom orders are welcome. Any crochet item in my shop can be replicated in materials, colors and sizes of your choosing. Please contact me regarding preferred color choices.
I don't currently have a brick-and-mortar shop that one can visit. I am, however, available via email at crochetmum1@pm.me M-F 9:00am to 3:00pm EST
